All returns must be reviewed within 30 days from the date of the order. If our parts do not conduct their proper function, please contact us to discuss the specific issue you may be having. In most cases we can provide a solution in a prompt manner. If the issue is more complex, we may ask for the parts to be returned to make a quality assessment.
If after reviewing the parts, Bumper Specialties feels that the parts are functional and usable, the original charge may apply. A lot number or samples may be requested at this time to make this decision. If the customer would like to return the parts because of any other reason, a restocking charge will be applied. This will be based on the decision made by Bumper Specialties on a case by case basis.
All returned parts must be in unopened boxes and cannot have any parts omitted. Any return issues that are questionable, will be decided by the management at Bumper Specialties.
